We do our best to display an accurate picture and write a true description of our opal.
However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase(s), you may contact us within
14 days of receipt of goods and we will be happy to discuss an exchange or refund.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and do not include postage and handling.
We accept payment of goods via credit cards: Mastercard, Bankcard and Visa.
All purchases made on our site will be processed through our secure shopping cart.
Postage and handling fees for delivery within Australia will be displayed upon checkout.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may notify us within 14
days of receipt of goods. We will be happy to refund your purchase
amount in full upon recieving the goods back in original condition.
